Notice of Alleged Infringement

TeraBox respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires that users of our services comply with the laws of copyright. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, TeraBox will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the TeraBox service and/or the TeraBox website if such claims are reported as outlined in the sample notice below. You may also contact us if your personal rights are infringed.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to TeraBox. Upon receipt of the Notice as described, TeraBox will take appropriate action, at its sole discretion, which may include the removal of the challenged content.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including, for example, the uniform resource locator(s) (URL).
3. Provide your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
5. Include the following statements in the Notice

• A statement that the complaining party has “a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
